"After 25 years of working in the Internal Audit Service for Trafford Council as a Senior Auditor and spending many years as the Lead on schools, Brentwood was the school I chose as my final audit prior to my retirement.
Following feedback to the school, the Headteacher at the time asked if I was interested in being a School Governor. I retired from the Council in 2016 and became a Governor. I have never looked back and feel very honoured to be part of Brentwood.
My other interests include making cards for charity, swimming, walking, dancing and I am an active member of my local Women's Institute."
